This does not override the terms shown at purchase, existing paid-subscription commitments, or rights required by law.

The website's original design, text, images, and software belong to HolmMade Products LLC unless otherwise stated. Apple-provided artwork and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content except as permitted by law.

If you are a consumer with mandatory protections under your local law, nothing in this section takes those away.
