Free record limits

Each allowance applies separately. TACWAC Pro removes these count limits.

Saved crashes

3 crashes. Built-in scene sections are included within these limits. Custom Sections and seat belt and air bag inspections require TACWAC Pro.

Scene records

Per crash: 1 area of impact, 2 vehicles, 1 property damage record, 4 evidence items, 4 roadway features, and 8 photos.

People

Per crash: 2 parties, 2 passengers, 1 witness, and 1 Other person. Bus Seating: 2 occupants per bus; linking them as crash passengers also uses the passenger allowance.

Scene roster

Per crash: 2 agencies and 4 roster personnel in total.

Measurements

2 measurements per item. Per crash: 1 station line, 2 measurement tools, and 1 measurement person.

Narrative entries

2 entries per crash in each of Scene Description, Party Profile, Physical Evidence, Hazardous Materials, Hit-and-Run, Intoxication Narrative, and Other Factual Information.

Recommendations

2 people per crash, with 2 combined charge and enhancement entries per person. Typed filing locations and charges are included.

If TACWAC Pro ends

Count limits block new additions without deleting saved records. Existing records remain available and editable, with these exceptions:

• Custom Sections: definitions and content are preserved but hidden while TACWAC Pro is inactive. They return when TACWAC Pro access is restored.
• Seat belt and air bag inspections: saved inspections remain readable and exportable. Enabling or editing inspections requires TACWAC Pro.
