The short version

This website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics. It does not set tracking cookies. Vercel processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site, Apple receives requests for its App Store badge, and we receive information you choose to send by email. These uses are described below.

Hosting by Vercel

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes ordinary request information when you load a page—such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the page requested, and date/time stamps—in order to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Vercel processes this information as our service provider; we have not enabled Vercel's optional analytics products, and we do not maintain a website visitor database. Appearance preference

Your Light, Night, Graveyard Red, or Graveyard Green choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your browser and is used only to remember how you want this website to look. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Apple badge and external services

The official App Store badge is served by Apple, so loading it sends ordinary request information to Apple. Following an external link takes you to the destination's website, where that provider's privacy terms apply.

Cookies and tracking

HolmMade Products LLC does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, analytics, or fingerprinting on this website, and does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service-provider processing described in this policy is separate from those activities. We do not change these practices in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because we do not perform the tracking, sale, or advertising sharing those signals address.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and what you send. We use it to respond and do not add it to any marketing list. Our email provider, Google (Gmail), processes that correspondence. Please do not send driver-license images, crash records, or other sensitive information about anyone involved in an investigation. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us using the details below. We may need limited information to verify your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. California residents: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Retention and processing

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, resolve follow-up issues or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting or subscription records processed by service providers follow the applicable service settings, contractual requirements, and legal retention obligations; deletion may not immediately remove backup copies or records required by law.

HolmMade Products LLC is based in California. Our hosting and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We use information to provide and secure the website, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes are our legitimate interests, fulfillment of your request, or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

We may disclose information we actually hold when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. We do not have access to your locally stored TACWAC records through this website.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. For Google's handling of support email, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
